Our Mission Statement
We are a Home Health Care Agency that provides Medical and Non-Medical Home Services: Home Health Aide Services, Skilled Nursing Services, Physical Therapy, and Occupational Therapy.Our goal for Home Care is to help our patients improve or maintain their current condition or level of function. Where possible, we strive to help our patients heal and regain their independence and way-of-life.As a Nurse Practitioner-owned and operated company, Mercy Healthcare Services LLC specializes in post-surgical care and services including wound care, drains/lines/tubes care, symptoms management, and medication management with the goal of prevention of ER visits and hospital re-admission.
Our Staff
To provide you and your families with patient-centered, quality, safe, comprehensive, and compassionate care, our staff undergoes the following hiring and training process:A fingerprint-based FBI background check to ensure utmost safety.Specialized training for our non-medical Home Health Aide Staff including General Fall Prevention Tips, Medication Tips and Tracking, and Home Maintenance.Specialized training for our medical and licensed staff including Early Exacerbation Detection, Symptoms Management, and Wellness Pathways.
Our Leadership
Our Head Executive and Director of Nursing of Mercy Healthcare Services LLC has over 11 years of experience as a Registered Nurse working in Cardiac/Telemetry including Ventilators, Orthopedics, and Home Health. She has cared for and served patients of various backgrounds and comorbidities including post open-heart, stent placement, transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR), pacemaker, atrial ablation, and mechanical ventilator patients. In 2019, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing and currently practices as a Nurse Practitioner. She is an active member of American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN), American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), and California Association of Nurse Practitioners (CANP).
